Special cylinder regulators with a shut-off valve are single-stage, lever-less regulators with variable outlet pressure control. These regulators reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required outlet (working) pressure and ensure that this pressure is automatically maintained at as constant a level as possible irrespective of changes in inlet pressure.
DESCRIPTION:
Special cylinder regulators with shut-off valve type RB. . . -. . S are single-stage leverless regulators with variable outlet pressure control. These regulators reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required outlet (working) pressure and ensure that this pressure is automatically maintained at as constant a level as possible irrespective of changes in inlet pressure. Reducers type RB. . . -. S are suitable for the following gases: oxygen, hydrogen, compressed air, nitrogen and argon. The regulators are equipped with safety valves through which, if the outlet pressure rises above the permissible level, excess gas is released from the outlet pressure chamber to the outside. In addition, they have shut-off valves at the outlet. Regulators have the same construction, but depending on the type of gas for which they are intended, they have different internal and connection dimensions. The hydrogen coupling nut has a left-hand thread and is marked with a notch on the hexagon. The maximum inlet and outlet pressures of the regulator are marked on the pressure gauges with a red line.
APPLICATION:
Single-stage cylinder regulators are used to reduce the pressure of gases taken directly from cylinders or cylinder banks to required working pressures. In the absence of special line regulators, these regulators can be connected to the pipeline network. All regulators can be used for various industrial purposes if the requirements are in accordance with the technical data.
