Single stage cylinder regulators are leverless regulators with variable outlet pressure control. These regulators reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required outlet (working) pressure and ensure that this pressure is automatically maintained at as constant a level as possible irrespective of changes in inlet pressure. Single stage regulators are suitable for the following gases: oxygen, acetylene, hydrogen, compressed air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, helium and propane-butane. The regulators are equipped with safety valves through which, if the outlet pressure rises above the permissible level, excess gas is released from the outlet pressure chamber to the outside. Regulators have the same construction, but depending on the type of gas for which they are intended, they have different internal and connection dimensions. Connecting nuts for flammable gases have left-hand threads and are marked with a notch on the hexagon. In acetylene regulators, a yoke with a screw is used as a connection to the cylinder. The maximum reducer inlet and outlet pressures are marked with a red line on the pressure gauges.

REGULATORS WITHOUT A CUT –OFF VALVE

RB type single stage cylinder regulators are leverless regulators with variable outlet pressure control. These regulators reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required outlet (working) pressure and ensure that this pressure is automatically maintained at as constant a level as possible irrespective of changes in inlet pressure.

REGULATORS WITH A CUT –OFF VALVE

Single-stage cylinder regulators RB . . . -3-z are lever-less regulators with variable outlet pressure control. These regulators reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required outlet (working) pressure and ensure that this pressure is automatically maintained at as constant a level as possible irrespective of changes in inlet pressure.

REGULATORS FOR PROPAN-BUTAN

Cylinder regulators are used to reduce the pressure of propane-butane taken directly from the cylinder to the required outlet (working) pressure, set by the manufacturer with the use of an adjusting screw. The basic version of reducers is designed for 11 kg cylinders. Connecting regulators to other cylinders requires using reducers according to item 2 of additional information.

REGULATORS FOR ARGON AND CARBON DIOXIDE

DESCRIPTION

Single-stage cylinder regulators with pressure gauges allow reducing the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder and measuring their outflow at the regulator outlet. These regulators are equipped with gas flow pressure indicators graduated in dm3/min in two scales, i. e. for argon and carbon dioxide. Maximum pressure at flow of 12 dm3/min is 2,5 bar (0,25 MPa)
